The sixth meeting of the Kootenai-Rockies Model Engineers Club was held at the Community room at Superstore at 7:00 pm on Tuesday April 10th, 2007. The Meeting was called to order by Howie Mason at 7.00 pm Roll Call - 5 members present. The Minutes of the previous meeting were read by George Evans and the approved Treasurer's Report was read by George Evans and approved $118.41 in account. Under old business Registration was approved but had to resubmit for address change. Track laying coming along well. We are going to try and use finer ballast. Rotary Club is still interested. Good support from members. Under new business discussion re: Old Engine Show for Father's Day on June 17th. Discussion re: location, etc. Kalispel has old engine show on Sept 8th. Application to be made to The Southern Interior Development Initiative trust for possible funding. Meeting adjourned at 8.15pm. Next Meeting scheduled for May 8th at the Prestige Inn.
